Day 154: Sunday, January 1, 2012 Happy 2012!!
We rang in 2012 on Day One Hundred and Fifty-Four by celebrating at the Ps.
Day 155: Monday, January 2, 2012 It snowed…just a little, but it snowed!
One of the first snowfalls of the season was on Day One Hundred and Fifty-Five. It was kinda disappointing, but better than nothing!
Day 156: Tuesday, January 3, 2012 I made apple chips. disclaimer: I actually took this pic on Day 154, but it was at like 11:40 p.m. and the chips didn’t finish baking until Day 155
On Day One Hundred and Fifty-Six (actually started on fifty-five) I made apple chips. I’m sure they would have tasted good, but I had strep then and nothing tasted good. M ate all of them though!
Day 157: Wednesday, January 4, 2012 M & I were sick, so I made grilled cheese-the first meal we ate for two days
M & I decided that grilled cheese sounded good on Day One Hundred and Fifty-Seven. We hadn’t eaten much for a few days at this point.
Day 158: Thursday, January 5, 2012 We had pizza for dinner, an actual meal.
We had pizza on Day One Hundred and Fifty-Eight…an actual meal (if you count frozen pizza as a meal…which we do!).
Day 159: Friday, January 6, 2012 Cops just hanging out in the middle of the road in Deer Creek
We went to get our mail on Day One Hundred and Fifty-Nine and the cops were hanging out in the middle of the road.
Day 160: Saturday, January 7, 2012 Helen marched in the halftime show of the All-American Bowl. We watched online from home.
We went over to watch Helen in the All-American Bowl half-time show with dad on Day One Hundred and Sixty. We didn’t see her online, but still a great show!
Day 161: Sunday, January 8, 2012 Came home to welcome back mom & Hel and this is what we found
No one was home, so Noah brought over his toys on Day One Hundred and Sixty-One and waited on the porch.
Day 162: Monday, January 9, 2012 Spent most of the day playing Super Mario Bros.
I spent most of Day One Hundred and Sixty-Two playing Super Mario Bros.
Day 163: Tuesday, January 10, 2011 M & I met up for lunch downtown and went to Adams Street Cafe.
I had to have a drug test taken on Day One Hundred and Sixty-Three, so I met up with M afterwards and we went to Adams Street Cafe for lunch downtown.
Day 164: Wednesday, January 11, 2011 Got my ICC parking pass, I’m official! Too bad I don’t actually use this one.
I signed my HR papers at ICC on Day One Hundred and Sixty–Four. I also got an official parking pass, but don’t use it since I work downtown.
Day 165: Thursday, January 12, 2011 It snowed!! A lot this time!
It snowed a lot on Day One Hundred and Sixty–Five. I trekked down to the post office and back only to find out my package hadn’t arrived. Oh well, I heart snow!
Day 166: Friday, January 13, 2012 I continued working on my paintings for the living room
I spent some of Day One Hundred and Sixty–Six working on my paintings for the living room.
Day 167: Saturday, January 14, 2012 Went to see Beauty & the Beast in 3D! Our first 3D movie.
We went to Jerseyville and decided to go see Beauty and the Beast in 3D on Day One Hundred and Sixty–Seven. We drove about 90 minutes round trip with M’s sister Kandi to see an 83 minute movie, but it was worth it.
Day 168: Sunday, January 15, 2011 Keegan’s first birthday party!
Our nephew Keegan’s first birthday party was on Day One Hundred and Sixty–Eight. We celebrated, but ate no cake 😦
Day 169: Monday, January 16, 2011 Loving my Camelbak water bottle after having it for four days.
I decided that I was in love with my new Camelbak water bottle on Day One Hundred and Sixty–Nine.
Day 170: Tuesday, January 17, 2012 First day at ICC!
I started working at ICC on Day One Hundred and Seventy!
Day 171: Wednesday, January 18, 2011 First day of Couch to 5K…feeling good!
I started C25K on Day One Hundred and Seventy-One. This is me afterward.
Day 172: Thursday, January 19, 2012 I decided I don’t like no sugar added applesauce
I tried eating no sugar added applesauce on Day One Hundred and Seventy-Two. I did not like it.

Day 174: Saturday, January 21, 2012 We took M’s parents out to Red Lobster for dinner
We took M’s parents out to Red Lobster on Day One Hundred and Seventy-Four (I didn’t take a picture there, so took one of the website after). We all had a 4-course meal for $15.
Day 175: Sunday, January 22, 2012 After M’s grandma’s visitation, we stayed the night with Tony & Kelly
We hung out at Tony & Kelly’s after Grandma Schulte’s visitation on Day One Hundred and Seventy-Five.
Day 176: Monday, January 23, 2012 We drove around Brussels and Golden Eagle, IL after M’s grandma’s funeral
We drove around Brussels & Golden Eagle on Day One Hundred and Seventy-Six after Grandma Schulte’s funeral. The hills are beautiful.

I cooked for the first time in a while on Day One Hundred and Seventy-Seven. I made grilled bbq chicken quesadillas.
Day 178: Wednesday, January 25, 2012 Yogurt, granola and strawberries is quickly becoming my favorite snack
I realized that yogurt, granola and strawberries is becoming one of my favorite snacks on Day One Hundred and Seventy-Eight.
Day 179: Thursday, January 26, 2012 Helen & Jordan’s band played at the All-State concert in Peoria
The Morton High School band performed at the All-State concert in Peoria on Day One Hundred and Seventy-Nine. Here are Helen & Jordan pre-concert.
Day 180: Friday, January 27, 2012 Snow!
It snowed on the evening of Day One Hundred and Eighty. It was a real pretty one.
Day 181: Saturday, January 28, 2012 I played Just Dance at like 11:30 p.m. to get in my workout for the day
I wanted to get in my workout for the day, so I played Just Dance on Day One Hundred and Eighty-One at like 11:30 p.m.
Day 182: Sunday, January 29, 2012 We went to Menards and I bought some plexiglass and a 2×4 for crafts
We had a day off together, so we went to Menards on Day One Hundred and Eighty-Two. I felt handy when I bought plexiglass and a 2×4.
Day 183: Monday, January 30, 2012 I went running on this beautiful morning. There was still snow on the ground at the time and it was lovely.
I went for a run on the morning of Day One Hundred and Eighty-Three. It was chilly, but beautiful outside.
Day 184: Tuesday, January 31, 2012 Yum pineapple salsa-almost ate all of it in two days.
Pineapple salsa is one of my favorite snacks. We almost finished it off after two days on Day One Hundred and Eighty-Four.
