Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

I want to make pumpkin something like every week until fall is over. We will see how that one goes, but last week’s recipe was delish (as is any pumpkin recipe…this week’s will be coming soon).

I found a recipe for pumpkin chocolate chip cookies. They are fluffier than a typical chocolate chip cookie, more cake-like. and fab! I got the recipe here.

Ingredients: flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, eggs, vegetable oil, pumpkin (duh), chocolate chips (duh)

Mix together the dry ingredients

Mix together the eggs and sugar

Mix in the pumpkin and vanilla

annnnnd the star of the show, chocolate chips

These came out huge. I recommend making them smaller (I did with the other batch).  The recipe says they’re good for about four days after…they probably won’t last that long 🙂
